Training: Phase One

New Core Curriculum

The Inclusion Council tackled an in-depth review of material to be included as part of Wayfinder’s “core curriculum” to help staff understand, embrace and promote inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) at Wayfinder. We have identified several resources that are now a part of our core curriculum required for all members of our Leadership Team.

There are three required components to Phase I of the IDEA Curriculum:

1. Implicit Association Test (IAT): Link to Implicit Association Test
