Employment Services
Adults who are blind or visually impaired use Wayfinder’s employment services to learn the skills they need to join or rejoin the workforce. The program provides assessments, training and placement, as well as coaching and orientation and mobility instruction to help our students find and keep jobs. Clients emerge as competitive candidates in the workforce.

Adults, ages 18 and older, who are blind or visually impaired and aspire to enter the workforce. They must be deemed eligible for these services by the Department of Rehabilitation.
