Carmen Garcia is responsible for the oversight of Wayfinder’s human resources. Garcia, who joined the organization in 1998, holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Pepperdine University. Garcia completed a graduate certificate program at Fielding Graduate University and is certified in evidenced-based coaching and as a professional certified coach.
