Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
As chief administrative officer at Wayfinder Family Services, Donna Roberts is responsible for the administrative functions of the organization. Roberts has played an integral role in the organization’s leadership team since joining Wayfinder as vice president of business and strategic development in 2016.
Roberts is an accomplished finance and business operations executive who was CFO at Community Partners and Para Los Niños. In addition, Roberts consulted for many years, assisting nonprofit organizations in finance and accounting, improving efficiencies and maximizing revenue.
Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, she had a noteworthy career in the entertainment industry, holding several domestic and international positions at Paramount Pictures. She led and implemented the startup of United Cinemas Internal Italia in Milan, Italy, a joint venture of Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios.
Roberts earned a bachelor’s degree in business from University of Virginia and is a member of the Los Angeles Thomas Jefferson Scholarship selection committee. She has taught nonprofit finance as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California.
