Faith Cardenas

Cardenas is responsible for our Child Development Services for children who have vision loss or significant multiple disabilities. Before joining Wayfinder in 2022, she was most recently a program manager at Latino Resource Organization. She brings over 20 years of experience in the family services and education fields.  Her leadership roles with Orange County Head Start, Plaza Community Services, and West Los Angeles FamilySource Center and Latino Resource Organization have centered her work around facilitating home visit support services for families, Early Head Start and Head Start programs, child development centers, child care provider homes and more. She is passionate about education and earned an associate’s degree in adult education as well as a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and master’s in adult education from the University of Phoenix. In 2020, she was nominated for and award from The National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently attending the Advanced and Executive Leadership program through the University of Phoenix.
