Ryan Hawley
Ryan Hawley joins Wayfinder Family Services with more than two decades as a teacher and school administrator. He began his career in New York and Chicago public schools where he developed unequivocal interest and joy working with students who have unique needs and learning styles. Prior to joining Wayfinder, Ryan spent 20 years at New Roads School where he created and oversaw the Spectrum Program. After spending eight years as the director of the Spectrum Program, he transitioned into administrative roles at New Roads: academic dean, assistant director of the Upper School, assistant head of school and associate head of school. He was most recently the interim head of school. HIs expansive experience has prepared him to lead, mentor, manage and collaborate with a broad range of constituents in a school community. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University and his master’s in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from California State University, Northridge.
