Veta Talton

Veta has been with Wayfinder since 2020. She was most recently assistant director of the temporary shelter care program before transitioning to her current role as director. She earned her undergraduate degree from San Fransisco State University as well as a master’s degree in education, concentrating on equity and social justice. She also earned a doctorate in administration and leadership from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She credits her experience working abroad in China and Ghana for strengthening her leadership skills and expanding her cultural worldview.
